How can I collect ipoints?
You can collect ipoints when you purchase products from HomeFitnessDirect.co.uk, and you will earn 10 ipoints for every £3 spent! By adding items to your basket, the ipoints calculator will work out how many ipoints you're entitled too. If you are a registered ipoints user, ipoints will automatically be credited to your ipoints account 14 days after the item has been despatched, you just need to enter your ipoints login(email) and password at the end of the order process. If you are not a registered ipoints user simply click on the ipoints logo, once you have completed your order and fill out the short form
When will my ipoints be credited?
The ipoints will be added to your ipoints account 14 days after your order has been confirmed and despatched.
My ipoints aren’t showing on my account, what should I do?
If your ipoints have not been credited to your account, you will need to take the matter up with www.ipoints.co.uk. You can email them by clicking here, to help speed up the process please include your Home Fitness Direct order number, your user name and the date on which the order was placed. ipoints will endeavour to solve your query within 48 hours.

Just visit www.ipoints.co.uk and go to the My Account section, click on the ‘Can’t remember your password’ option. Your account details will be confirmed.
I have forgotten my username?
