Multigyms come in many different shapes and sizes and are ideal for a beginner,
young exerciser or more experienced gym rat. Multi-gyms are ideal for shaping,
tightening refining or building body shape. When selecting a multigym consider
the smoothness of each moving part and the total weight of the stack contained
on the multigym. Also consider that due to the pulley system on a multigym each
individual exercise has its own weight ratio, for the pec deck it is usually 1:1
while for the leg press it tends to be 1:3. |
