We offer FREE shipping for all orders over £200 (UK mainland only). For orders less than £200 we charge a small fee of £9.95 to cover postage and packaging.
An extra charge may apply for Northern Ireland and other non-mainland addresses. For delivery quotes to any non-mainland UK address please contact us at

Delivery times can vary depending upon stock levels. Once you have placed your order, one of our team will contact you to confirm delivery time in order to make it as convenient as possible. We always try to ship multiple orders together where possible. As a guide we aim to deliver within the following timescales:
Delivery only (no installation) 5-14 days
Delivery with installation  7-14 days
Custom made product  10-21 days

Unless stated otherwise on the website the delivery will be a single driver kerbside delivery. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate your needs, it is your responsibility to get the equipment to the correct place in your home.

Professional Installation and Assembly

In order for you to get the most out of your equipment we recommend that you have your fitness equipment professionally installed in your home. Some of the equipment we sell, especially treadmills, cross trainers and multi-gyms is very heavy and can be complex to assemble.

This service includes the following:

  • 2 man delivery
  • Installation in any room in your house
  • Assembly and testing
  • Product demonstration to get you up and running quickly
  • Removal of all packaging and materials
  • Ensures that you get the best from your equipment

Unless stated on the website, this service costs £65 and can be ordered via the website when you purchase your equipment. We will call to arrange installation at the same time as delivery in order that you can be getting the most from your equipment as soon as possible.

To order this, simply add the Professional Installation service into your basket at checkout.


We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Home Fitness Direct, but if you aren't, for any reason, we want you to be reassured that you can return it to us for a full refund (within 7 days of receipt of your equipment).

If you do wish to return your equipment to us, please notify us by email at or by logging into your account and clicking on the order that you wish to return. You must do this within 7 days of receipt of the equipment to receive a full refund of the purchase amount.

Due to the size and weight of the equipment that we sell we reserve the right to charge a £50 collection fee for unwanted items.

If your equipment is faulty, please contact us straight away by email at or by phone on 0844 7701864 and we will either replace the equipment as soon as possible, or arrange for an engineer to come and fix the problem.
